Very disappointed in this app. Non responsive and difficult to navigate. I would think that for all the money Follett makes from schools they could pay someone to figure out a decent ereader app.

I love reading books on this app, but the latest update didnt improve it. Now, all I get is the startup screen and nothing else. I would really like to finish the book I started.

This app wont open for some reason. It started just after the most recent update. Whats the problem?

The app opens in the latest update, but it just tells me to select my location and school and then theres no "next" or "log in" button. You just type it in and then nothing happens. Not even a loading buffer. It might be something Im doing wrong but I highly doubt it.

My Daughter is going into 6th grade and has required reading to do. I was told this app has what she needs but when I get to the page that lets you put in the state and school it wont search.

We r alwd to brng our ipods to library cuz we can read this instead I have a problem tho I finished a book (define normal) (I recommend it) and I pressed move online and its still in my bkbag!! Wat do I do nw? Pls fix. Then 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s

I was hopeful for this app, but this is the worst app I have downloaded. Is it possible to rate it negative stars?

I have no idea what I would do without this app it has changed my life for the better within the five seconds Ive had it, no only if Mrs.Hehe can give me my password and stuff it would be even better

I have to go on the internet to cheak out books. How do i browse my schools library on the ipad app!

Okay, you guys. We dont need to increase student frustration with reading or research. This is the most frustrating e-reading app Ive ever had the misfortune to use. Its slow and clunky in its design. Please take a look at Overdrive or just about any other reading app and catch a clue on design and user friendliness. I dont even want to show this app to my students because I know its going to cause frustration, and that will just send them straight to Google.

This App is complete trash

This is a truly terrible ereader app from top to bottom. Clunky and unwieldy and pure garbage. Please start over. Fire your developer. I just cant even recommend this to the students and parents of my school lest I look like an idiot. Please remove it from the App Store until you get it right.

This is a actual review by a student user. This app is terrible. We have to use it for science and its terrible. This app is extremely slow and no one should have to suffer the pain this app brings. While I do have to admit the interface is relatively easy and non complex to use. However that does not make up for make up for the poor design and its hated by everyone that uses it in my class. When you zoom you have to guess what zoom percentage and thats terrible. I cant enjoy or read books I am interested in. Horrible.i understand teachers have to do their job but this app is terrible. Get another app.

My school district purchased an etext for use in my AP World History class that I teach. Unfortunately the book relies on the Brytewave app. My students have very irregular access to the text (the text is brilliant, no complaints there, its this app that is the clunker) and having AP students with limited access to a text, facing a high stakes exam on a fixed date is simply unacceptable. Fix this joke of an app!

We have 20 brand new iPads for student use in our school library. Obviously, since their main function is as e-readers, we wanted to have the brytewave app. Students cant download ebooks onto their devices without it, so its kind of essential. But it is the WORST AND MOST FRUSTRATING app Ive ever had to deal with. I literally had to stop myself from picking up my ipad and hurling it across the library just now. I chose to come on here and write a review instead. To clarify my reasons for hating it: 1) the logon process is incredibly slow and frustrating. 2) everything about this app moves at a glacial pace - and no, it isnt our wireless, its the app 3) the app frequently shuts itself down mid-use and then makes you login AGAIN 4) attempting to open a book is like a five minute process 5) any mistake you make (clicking the wrong title - heaven forbid!) takes forever to undo, thanks to the overall sluggishness Generally I hate it. If we could just download books for offline use from the actual Follet site, I would happily delete this stupid app from every iPad. As it is, I doubt we will ever get the kids to use our Follet collection if this is their access point. Theyll just keep using wikipedia (who can blame them - the wikipedia app works!).

Let me just say this in a way you couldnt possibly misunderstand... This app is so slow that it took up 1/2 of my class time to get it friggin working!

This is truly the worst app ever it requires a website meanwhile the website for follet ereaders doesnt require it and has even more books give it a negative rating

This is the worst app ever probably made by some toddlers and would not recommend getting this app because its a genuine waste of time.

My classmates and I lo hate it.
