I cant even log in

I thought this was a game. Also runs very bad. :DDD

I would give this 0 stars but I cant. This app is really slow. Im a middle school student and our Librarian wanted us to download it but when I go to open a book to read it after ice checked it out, it logs me out of my account and says session invalid too long or logged in in another device. Its not my Internet so its the app and even at that I dont have it on any other devices and had been in the app all of 30 seconds! Hope it gets improved and this gets fixed.

I am a librarian and i downloaded this app to encourage students to read, i think the effect was just the opposite. Those few who got it had so much trouble downloading the books, then managing their titles. Its horrible. Will not recommend!

This COULD be a good app...if it would work as advertised. I am a middle school librarian, and when I tried using this for my audiobook checkout, the app crashed every other time I used it. The app doesnt save your place, and the chapter fast forward feature will not work. In fact, my book, though downloaded, would not advance past chapter 1, either with the Contents or the chapter forward feature. You all MUST fix this, stat.

Its not that bad. Its just laggy and wont load fast. But it is useful to use.

Reading is a fun way to use your time and now I can do it on the go!

Its a lot easier to just go illegally download books off the internet.

Stops randomly at the end of chapters, forcing me to close & restart the app to continue listening. At one point it forgot I had started listening to the book at all, so I had to slowly progress through the chapters, waiting while the program figured out what I was doing. Its not as slow as a cassette audiobook, but those at least, dont lose your place. Im extremely frustrated since Im a school librarian and bought several audiobooks for my school. This needs to be upgraded as quickly as possible.

The books when you read them there bad quality it hard to zoom in to see it it like you just printed the pages and its lagging plZ fix

So far, my experience is that this app is desperately in need of redesign! Highlighting rarely works where I want it. The text will zoom out at random times. I truly want to use the resources available through my library and share them with my students but I just cannot purchase or recommend the use of Folletshelf until you readdress the Brytewave app interface.

I downloaded this 6 months ago. It was ok, but then an "update" made it even slower! Really frustrated. And whenever I tap on "Download Book," " Confirm Read Online" pops up. This app is really slow. Also, one time, I pressed "Download Book," only to find that after five minutes, the book had not even started being downloaded yet! I would only recommend this app to anyone with a lot of patience.

Worse since the last update. The new login process is a step in the right direction in theory but did not work for my first 3 attempts. Then it did, with me doing the exact same thing. The page turns are now s l o w and incredibly distracting. The screen goes blank, the page flickers in, then disappears and slides in for real from the right, like some awful PowerPoint transition. It breaks up the flow of reading to the point Ive almost stopped using the app. Another annoyance is that if I switch to 2-page view to minimize the page turns, the page-turning regions at the left and right edges overlap the text and fade out the first or last letters somewhat. Its readable, but again it is an unwanted distraction. I still have hope for this app. Please update soon -- the previous version was a bit of a pain to navigate, but at least the reading experience was good once you had a book open.

As usual, there problems with this app after update. I can access and check out our ebooks, but there is no opportunity to download. What used to be the download screen blinks for less than a second and the book opens, forcing you to read online. There is no way to close the ebook other than quitting the app or going back to your FollettShelf. So disappointing!

This app is sorta good and not good. If u dont have an education then u dont want this app. But then if your teacher tells you to download it from the App Store( me ) then it is sorta useless because he/she will probably forget that she told us to get the app by the end of the Christmas break. But on the other hand, if you really like books and you are wanting to get a book that is in the library, and it is on hold then you can tell if you are ready to pick up your book or if the person that you are waiting on is still using it, then u cant get it. Overall it is a 2 star app.
