This app makes me want to burn my iPad

We have 20 brand new iPads for student use in our school library. Obviously, since their main function is as e-readers, we wanted to have the brytewave app. Students cant download ebooks onto their devices without it, so its kind of essential. But it is the WORST AND MOST FRUSTRATING app Ive ever had to deal with. I literally had to stop myself from picking up my ipad and hurling it across the library just now. I chose to come on here and write a review instead.

To clarify my reasons for hating it:
1) the logon process is incredibly slow and frustrating.
2) everything about this app moves at a glacial pace - and no, it isnt our wireless, its the app
3) the app frequently shuts itself down mid-use and then makes you login AGAIN
4) attempting to open a book is like a five minute process
5) any mistake you make (clicking the wrong title - heaven forbid!) takes forever to undo, thanks to the overall sluggishness

Generally I hate it. If we could just download books for offline use from the actual Follet site, I would happily delete this stupid app from every iPad. As it is, I doubt we will ever get the kids to use our Follet collection if this is their access point. Theyll just keep using wikipedia (who can blame them - the wikipedia app works!).
